For the record, this has absolutely nothing to do with religion. We are "THE SPIRIT OF FITNESS". Church became the un-official name of the group workout as everyone became dedicated to training together on Sundays. Since we started in 2022 our SPIRIT OF FITNESS group has grown and even branched out into some of the best Calisthenic athletes in Chicago.

Co-Owner Lam & Hosted by Phase 2 Crew's B-boy, Ayala and B-boy Wicked. This is a wonderful place where all levels from beginners to international pros come to practice, freestyle, and vibe with one another. Being in the presence of Wicked as he put Chicago on the global map for Breakin' in the early 90's and watching him still go at it today is one of the most inspirational energies one could witness. RhythmHood is truly a blessing to the Chicago dance scene.

Not everyone has the ability or access to train with me in person — and that shouldn’t be a barrier to having a real training plan. These downloadable programs exist so you always have structured, intentional workouts designed by a professional coach, not random internet noise or AI-generated routines.
While nothing replaces a fully tailored program and in-person coaching specific to your body, experience, and progression, every workout you see here is built from the same training phases, movement patterns, and principles I’ve used to help countless clients build muscle, lose body fat, and regain control of their health. At Home Program Workouts
Built for people who don’t have the time, access, or desire to live in a gym. These workouts use little to no equipment and focus on bodyweight, simple tools, and smart movement patterns so you can train effectively anywhere. Perfect for beginners, busy schedules, or supplemental training alongside other activities.
These routines require little to no equipment, though kettlebells (or dumbbells) are recommended based on your strength and bodyweight ratio. Every workout is intentional, inspired by top coaches, researchers, and athletes, and built to help you progress safely and effectively from home.
Full Gym Program Workouts
Designed for those with access to a fully equipped gym who want structure, progression, and clarity. If you’ve ever walked into the gym unsure what to train, this gives you a clear plan to follow — movements, intent, and progression — so every session has purpose.
PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD CALENDAR:
Progressive overload means giving your body a slightly different challenge each week so it has a reason to adapt and improve. Instead of changing workouts constantly, this calendar keeps the exercises consistent while adjusting things like tempo, pauses, rest time, or load to drive progress. It keeps training effective, prevents plateaus, and makes each week feel fresh without unnecessary complexity.
Adv Fitness Challenges
For experienced athletes, movers, and fitness enthusiasts who want to push their limits and keep training fun. These workouts blend strength, conditioning, and high-skill movements — ideal for those who enjoy cross-training, competition, or simply seeing what their body is capable of.
These sessions are designed for fun, high-level challenges alongside me, showcasing master athletes, allies, and pioneering coaches and concepts. They push your limits, inspire creativity, and celebrate performance and skill at the top of the game.

I dance in the tradition of Breaking. Hip Hop's true native dance, Chicago born, globally studied, and rooted right here in Chicago. For the past 20 years, this art-form gave me more than movement; it gave me a path away from destruction, a purpose higher than myself, and a community to grow within when I had no one. My Stylin' Out crew isn’t just who I battle and perform with, they’re architects of my personal evolution, the mirrors of my integrity, and the ones who hold me accountable to the culture and to my best self.
